Team Power Solutions Attends Saskatchewan Polytechnic Career Fair
Yesterday, we attended the Saskatchewan Polytechnic Career Fair in Moose Jaw! It was great to be able to talk with students about their interests and future career paths, while sharing with them a little bit about our company. We are so happy we could be a part of this and support these students!
IEEE-IAS ESTMP Workshop 2022
We had a great time exhibiting at the IEEE-IAS ESTMP Workshop in Edmonton! It was great to connect with other individuals in the industries we serve and share our industry knowledge with them! We are looking forward to many more tradeshows in the upcoming months.
Automation Project Feature - TSS Mine Water Discharge
The focus of this project was to reduce total suspended solids (TSS) from mine discharge water into the ocean to ensure the sustainability and future operation of the mine.
Our crew at Team Power Solutions was tasked to implement the control strategy for the TSS removal plant. We provided the required PLC programming and HMI graphics by developing a simulated virtual plant in our configuration lab. This allowed our client to remote into our system for thorough Factory Acceptance Testing prior to installation, ultimately leading to seamless on-site integration! We have an on-going service agreement providing remote support to this client.

Team Power Solutions Begins the 14th Year of Operation
Wow! We are beginning our 14th trip around the sun! The one thing that has always been our strength is our incredible customers that support us on a daily basis.
Look how far we have come in 13 years. Our original building was a great launch point for our ever growing business but was quickly outgrown. Check out these photos of our original building, compared to our existing building that we have been in since 2014.

A smile was brought to our faces today when we received this wonderful thank-you card from our friends over at Saskatchewan Polytechnic! They thanked us for our support in providing the two bursaries that were awarded to two students this academic school year.

Innovative Solution - 3D Printing Breaker Parts
We have spent two months experimenting on this 3D printer and are now printing breaker parts! After countless hours of research, adjustments and collaborating with a colleague about 3D process tricks and tips; the printer was finally ready.
It was a Tuesday morning and a client had just made a request for a breaker part. The timing was perfect because the new breaker part had just been finalized and printed on the 3D printer. The part was able to be shipped out to the client that day.
Now that’s innovation!

Congratulations Andre Fosseneuve and Derek McGuin, our bursary award recipients for the 2021-2022 academic school year! Andre is in his first year of Instrumentation Engineering in Moose Jaw and Derek is in his first year of Design/Manufacturing Engineering Technician in Saskatoon.

Team Power Solutions Offers Electrical Safety Training Courses in 2022
We are back in the new year with our electrical safety training courses!
In January, we will be offering our Cable Terminating, Splicing and Testing Training course and our Grounding and Bonding Training course. In addition to these focused courses, we will be offering our online High Voltage Electrical Safety Training course, our online High Voltage QEW Refresher course, and our online Electrical safety for Non-Electrical Workers. Team Power Solutions will continue to offer the Electrical Safety for Non-Electrical Workers Virtual Interactive course.

Holiday Giving - Team Power Solutions Supports Saskatoon Secret Santa
We are pleased to support Saskatoon Secret Santa this holiday season! Over the past few weeks our staff has been buying new toys to donate to Secret Santa for children in need this year.

Holiday Giving - Team Power Solutions Supports CityKidz Regina
We are supporting CityKidz Regina this holiday season! Our Regina office has collected new toys for donation and these toys will help children in low-income communities receive Christmas gifts this year.
In addition to new toys, Team Power Solutions has matched all toy donations from our team with a monetary donation to CityKidz Regina! Our hearts are full after supporting this organization!
Holiday Giving - Team Power Solutions Supports The Friendship Inn
This year we decided to give back to the the community by supporting four local charities. Our first donation was given to Saskatoon Friendship Inn for their Fill the Plate campaign. Our sponsorship will support the preparation and delivery of up to 250 meals. As an added bonus, Nutrien will match our donation, doubling the value!
In addition to our meal sponsorship, we donated reusable masks to The Friendship Inn to give to their guests. We are so happy to support this great organization!

On December 15, we will be offering a Classroom Instructor Led Battery Maintenance Testing course at our Saskatoon location!
