Position Mandate: Manages the day-to-day operations of the department and oversees the sales and execution of work. Ensures all department staff are on task and producing quality work. Works to expand the department, growing the customer base and broadening product options.

Sales Representative

Position Mandate: The Sales Representative will undertake a variety of proactive sales and marketing initiatives to drive business success in alignment with the organizational strategy. This role focuses on the recruitment of new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The successful candidate will emphasize the development of new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions. By leveraging industry knowledge, CRM tools, and creative problem-solving, this position will play a key role in ensuring revenue growth, revenue certainty, and the overall success of the organization’s business development efforts.
