Automation - Automation Specialist

Position Mandate: Provides automation and control support covering, but not limited to, system design and optimization, process control and industrial programming, control system commissioning, control panel fabrication, maintenance and calibration, remote support and troubleshooting. Mentors team members. Investigates and solves technical problems. Provides technical direction in support of project installation activities. Reviews processes and determines the optimum process for each client application.

Business Development - Electrical Safety Trainer / Hazard Assessor

Position Mandate: The TThis position involves delivering electrical safety training and supporting hazard assessments on an occasional basis. The role focuses on providing technical guidance and practical demonstrations for trainees on electrical safety topics, including Arc Flash, Lockout/Tagout, and Qualified Electrical Worker procedures. The position also supports the assessment of electrical hazards in the workplace. Knowledge of environmental, health, and safety (EHS) principles is considered an asset.

Corporate - Director, Digital Strategy

Position Mandate: The Team Power Solutions group of companies (TPS) is seeking a senior technology leader to drive our digital transformation initiatives. The overall mandate for the role is to develop and execute a future-ready digital strategy for the organization that is aligned with business goals, and to define and execute a transformation roadmap that enhances efficiency, scalability, andprofitability of TPS. The role will partner closely with senior leaders, IT Operations, and business unit managers across the organization to help evaluate current technologies and identify opportunities to optimize operations through digital transformation.
