Through careful analysis, collaboration, and attention to detail, you will help ensure TPS delivers competitive, profitable, and client-focused solutions.
Sales Representative
Position Mandate: The Sales Representative will undertake a variety of proactive sales and marketing initiatives to drive business success in alignment with the organizational strategy. This role focuses on the recruitment of new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The successful candidate will emphasize the development of new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions. By leveraging industry knowledge, CRM tools, and creative problem-solving, this position will play a key role in ensuring revenue growth, revenue certainty, and the overall success of the organization’s business development efforts.
I&C Engineering Supervisor
Position Mandate: Manages a team of engineers, designers, and drafters to complete specific projects covering, but not limited to, control system design, control system retrofit design and consulting services. Primarily works through others, occasionally performs project work directly in response to circumstances.
Senior Electrical Engineer

This role collaborates with customers and project teams to deliver safe, innovative, and high-quality electrical solutions while mentoring team members and driving continuous improvement.
