Position Mandate: The Contracts Estimator – Electrical is responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates and proposal submissions for electrical projects. Through careful analysis, collaboration, and attention to detail, you will help ensure TPS delivers competitive, profitable, and client-focused solutions.
I&C Engineering Supervisor
Position Mandate: As the I&C Engineering Supervisor, you will lead a high-performing team of engineers, designers, and technical professionals in delivering instrumentation and control (I&C) projects from concept through completion. You'll drive engineering excellence, mentor and develop your team, build strong client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Senior Electrical Engineer
Position Mandate: As a Senior Electrical Engineer (P.Eng.), you'll serve as the technical authority on complex industrial engineering projects from concept through commissioning. This is a role for an experienced engineer who enjoys solving challenging technical problems, working directly with clients, mentoring engineers and designers, and delivering high-quality engineering solutions that make a real difference. You'll collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, influence project strategy, and help raise the technical standard across our organization.
Quality Systems Lead
Position Mandate: The Quality Systems Lead plays a key role in strengthening, maintaining, and continuously improving the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS) and supporting a culture of quality, accountability, and operational excellence across the organization.

Key Account Manager
Position Mandate: The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and strengthening strategic client relationships while identifying opportunities for growth and service expansion. By understanding customer needs and coordinating internal resources, you will help deliver long-term value, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business success.
Safety & Compliance Supervisor
Position Mandate: Directly responsible for driving growth and commercial success for TPS's Safety & Compliance business unit. Focuses on generating new revenue via proactive outreach (Teams, phone, email, in-person meetings) to existing and prospective health, safety, and industrial clients. Collaborates with internal technical/estimating teams to produce competitive, high-margin quotes, while overseeing external safety training programs to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
Junior Designer
Position Mandate: The Junior Designer provides technical drawing and design support for electrical and mechanical projects. This role assists with project requirements, electrical and controls design, 3D modeling, product development, quotations, project coordination, supplier communication, design documentation, and continuous improvement.
