Corporate - Learning & Development Specialist

Position Mandate: The Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist (Intermediate/Senior) will be responsible for building and delivering innovative learning solutions that drive growth, capability, and performance across Team Power Solutions. This role will play a key part in designing and introducing strategic talent planning frameworks, developing leadership skills assessments, and creating engaging training programs aligned with organizational goals. The L&D Specialist will collaborate with leaders and employees at all levels to ensure development initiatives support both individual career growth and business success.

Electrical - Electrical Engineering Technologist

Position Mandate: Provides electrical support including, but not limited to, low and high-voltage power systems, controls, applications, repairs, installations, maintenance, and consulting. Mentors team members. Investigates and solves complex technical problems. Provides technical direction in support of the project installation activities. Reviews processes and determines the optimum process for each client application.

Manufacturing - Document Controller

Position Mandate: As a Document Controller, you will ensure the accurate handling, distribution, and storage of critical documentation in a fast-paced, technical environment. Your primary responsibility is to manage the flow of both incoming and outgoing documents — including, but not limited to, engineering drawings, electrical schematics, work packages, specifications, contracts, change management documents and compliance records.
