Position Mandate: As the I&C Engineering Supervisor, you will lead a high-performing team of engineers, designers, and technical professionals in delivering instrumentation and control (I&C) projects from concept through completion. You'll drive engineering excellence, mentor and develop your team, build strong client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Senior Electrical Engineer
Position Mandate: As a Senior Electrical Engineer (P.Eng.), you will provide technical leadership from concept through commissioning, serving as a trusted advisor to clients while mentoring engineers and driving engineering excellence, safety, and innovation.
Electrical Estimator
Position Mandate: As an Electrical Estimator, you will play a key role in preparing accurate, competitive, and profitable estimates for electrical projects. Working closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams, you'll develop proposals, evaluate project requirements, and help secure new business while ensuring exceptional customer service and project success.
Sales Supervisor - Safety & Compliance
Position Mandate: Directly responsible for driving growth and commercial success for Team Power Solution's Safety & Compliance business unit. Focuses on generating new revenue via proactive outreach (Teams, phone, email, in-person meetings) to existing and prospective health, safety, and industrial clients. Collaborates with internal technical/estimating teams to produce competitive, high-margin quotes, while overseeing external safety training programs to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
Senior Engineer (Manufacturing)
Position Mandate: This position is for our Manufacturing Department’s Engineering team. The role oversees and supports the technical aspects of projects, with design authority and responsibility for execution. Projects are at a systems level or have significant technical requirements. Investigates and solves complex technical problems. Provides technical direction in support of project activities. Reviews processes and determines the optimum process for each client application. Mentors junior professionals.
Project Coordinator
Position Mandate: As a Project Coordinator, you’ll work closely with Project Managers, engineers, designers, clients and vendors to keep schedules, costs, documentation and deliverables organized from kickoff through closeout. This role suits someone who enjoys working with technical teams, takes ownership of details, and follows through when priorities change.
